Hudson Fire Dept. Proudly Serves The Community Of Hudson, Maine

The Hudson fire dept is a small volunteer fire department in Maine. The HFD started in 1975 and still has two original members on the dept at this time. We currently have 25 man rosters of guys and girls, who work hard to meet and exceed training standards. Hudson is surrounded by six towns, and has an automatic aid agreement with Glenburn for any type of fires. Hudson’s population has grown in recent years and so has the fire call volume. Hudson just 15 miles outside of Bangor, run about 120 fire calls a year and the town has a population of just over 1,500 people in it. . We are always looking for good help and people willing to train! Come down to the fire station and pick up an application, and help serve your community!
