Hi and welcome to my little corner of this vast world known as cyber-space. My friends all know me as Lakota, a California gal, just doing her best to get by till my better half gets home. Don't let this run you off, but yes, my husband is a Convict. Normally this is the part where people automatically pre-judge you as some evil person, scheming away of roping you in to robb you of your life's savings. Sorry, that shirt doesn't come in my size.
All I want from those who visit my site is an open mind & a little understanding. This site is a place where I share my thoughts & feelings & things that a wife of a California Convict goes through. I'm also hoping that I can bring an awhereness to issues that most of the public aren't even awhere of. Things I didn't even realize until I was brought into this new & sometimes very confusing, lonely, way of life.
So please, kick your shoes off, grab a cold drink, find the most comfortable ez-chair to sit back and relax in & lets get to know eachother. First off I must say this might not be the place to be if you are easily offended. I have a habit of getting quite intence on the the things I feel & believe in. I do promise to at least try to keep it to a low roar. Some of the topics might not be what a small needs to be introduced to just yet. This site might be more sooted to those over 18 years old. Just remember, these are MY thoughts & feelings & I am in NO way trying to push them on any one. Just sharing them. With that all said, here we go.
