In March 2001, I took a Community Education course at Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) in Utica. In the course I learned more about web designing and tools. Earlier in the same year, I made a web site for my 6th grade class at Hugh R. Jones School (Mrs. Kelly's 6th Grade Class Site: www.kellygr6.cjb.net) and shortly after that, I made a web site for Hugh R. Jones School itself (Jones School Website: http://www.uticaschools.org/jones/default.htm).

     In January 2001, I was awarded "Web Site of the Week" by the Utica Observer Dispatch and a small article was published in the paper on January 25, 2001 in the "Weekend Plus" section.

     In November, 2002, my web site was awarded the "Golden Web Award" for 2002-2003 by the International Association of Web Masters and Designers (IAWMD). (See logo to the left). My web site was again awarded the Golden Web Award in February 2003 for the 2003-2004 year.

     In the future, I plan to take more classes at local colleges or online courses. I am planning to expand my web site in the near future and launch many more features.

     All in all, this site has grown from a personal homepage with just a few features, to a much larger public site known to people around the world. I thank all my visitors, family, and friends for their continuous support.
