Las Animas Trojan Football Fans,
The Las Animas Trojans played a very tough and intense game this evening against the Crowley County Chargers. The lead went back and forth between the two teams and the points stayed close for most of the game differing only by a point at times. The two teams played extremely well both offensively and defensively. The Las Animas fans were on their feet as the last two minutes of the game slowly ticked off the scoreboard. The Trojans played hard right down to the end of the game and kept the Chargers from scoring which was crucial for them to win this game. When the buzzer finally went off ending the game after an extremely long 13 seconds, you could almost hear a sigh of relief through the cheers of victory as the Las Animas Trojans came one step closer to becoming League Champions beating the Crowley County Chargers 33-26. What a game! I can hardly wait until next week, October 19th when the Las Animas Trojans host Ellicott. Should be an awesome game.
