  • 1. My son, keep my words and store up my commands within you.

    James 5:13-16
  • 13. Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise.
  • 14. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.
  • 15. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.
  • 16. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

    James 1:5-8
  • 5. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
  • 6. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

  • 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the meassure of of all the fullness of God.
  • 20 Now to Him who is able to do immeasureably more than all we ask or imagine according to His power that is at work within us

    Malachi 3:6-12

  • 6 I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.
  • 7 Ever since the time of your forefathers you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you says the LORD ALMIGHTY. But you ask "How are we to return?"
  • 8 "Will a man rob God?" Yet you rob me. But you ask "How have we robbed you?" "In tithes and offerings
  • 9 You are under a curse-the whole nation of you-because you are robbing me.
  • 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house Test me this" says the LORD ALMIGHTY "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out blessing that you will not have room enough for it.
  • 11 I will prevent pests from devouring you crops and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit.
  • 12 Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land" says the LORD ALMIGHTY.

    Psalms 119:42

  • 42 So shall I have an answer to him who reproaches me, For I trust in your word.

    Phillipians 2:5-7

  • 5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,
  • 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God,
  • 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.
