.you will need:
-9c pasta (semolina shells work well)+enough water to cook in
-1 1/4c vegan margarine (about 1 1/2 small tubs of spectrum brand, non-canola)
-1 1/4c spelt flour
-8 1/2c boiling water
-4t sea salt
-4t garlic powder
-5T tamari (soy sauce)
-tad bit of tumeric powder
-5/8c oil (olive oil or more margarine, perhaps)
-2 1/2c nutritional yeast flakes
-touch of ume vinegar
-touch of paprika
+a small bowl
+a rather large bowl
+a whisk
+a large pot
+a medium-sized pot
+a large colander/strainer
+a stirring spoon, spatula, & serving utensil

.first, fill the large pot with enough water to cook the pasta and heat on high.
.set 8 1/2c more water in the medium-sized pot and heat on high.
.next, whisk the margarine & spelt flour together in the large bowl.
.once the medium-sized pot's water is boiling, remove it from heat & add it to the margarine/flour mix in the large bowl.
.now, add the salt, garlic powder, tamari, & tumeric to this & stir thoroughly. you may then set this mixture aside.
.in the small bowl, mix the oil & nutritional yeast together, adding just a bit of ume vinegar and sparse portion of paprika.
...now add these contents to the large bowl.
.once the water in the large pot is boiling, add the pasta + a tiny bit of olive oil. stir frequently.
.when the pasta has finished cooking, strain it using the colander...
...rinsing it with cold water, if you would like to get rid of excess startch.
.now, the pasta may put poured back into to large pot (heat off).
...pour at least 3/4 of the saucy mixture you've concocted on top & stir together.
.serve or cover to retain warmth!
