Item X17 $25.95. We used this house to top a cake with, you can use just put it on a nice platter, piece of cardbaord ect. This house does not come assembled for orders which need to be shipped. Instructions and extra chocolate for glueing it together are included. Assebly is the same as a gingerbread house by melting chocolate pasting on the edges it takes maybe 1/2 hour to assemble, this includes melting chocolate.
