KELLER COMMUNITY SCHOOL
This small wood frame wood sided one room school served the rural community of Keller. Located in the center of the Keller farm community some 3 miles south of Las Animas, Colorado east of the bridge traversing the Purgatory (aka Picketwire)River. When the Keller School was discontinued is unknown. Also unknown is what school district it was located and who were the officials which oversaw its operation.
