Elected in 2004, Sears served as President until information on the Shadow Moses Incident reached the public. He undertook several large military moves, such as the joint task force fighter jet and creation of the Dead Cell anti-terrorism unit. The scandal caused from the Shadow Moses affair caused him to resign early in his term.
He then left the public's eye, and was not heard from until his takeover of the Big Shell in 2009. Acting with the surviving members of Dead Cell, Sears captured the facility under the terrorist moniker 'Sons of Liberty.' He is assumed to have died after the crash of Arsenal Gear.
