Patient Service Assistant (Veterans Administration 1999-Present): Qualify Veterans for care, explain their benefits and entitlements. Schedule veterans for follow-up appointments with their medical provider.Train new personnel on enrollment/eligibility process using Vista. I relieve throughout outpatient clinic for personnel who are out. I also mann a one person satellite station Tuesdays and Thursdays at Cape Coral Florida. I conduct emergency registration for veterans who are in emergent care need. I conduct financial information updates.

Read schematics, built prototype's and made recommendations on improvements. Lead technician on quality assurance and training sections.
Tester (I-Stat corporation 1996): Tested blood analyzers', upgraded software, documented testing stages,processed and document analyzer's for repair to the engineering department. Reprogrammed Eraserable Programmable Read Only Memory for the blood analyzers.
