Basic
1. All rules are liable to change.
2. All members must truely LUV horses.
3. Misfortunes in all cases must be accepted.
4. All establishments must be approved to be in operation. They must belong only to the game Winner's Circle. (No Using An Establishment For Winner's And Another Game)

Financial
1. Members start Winner's Circle with $25,000. It is suggested that a new member find employment at a stable or business right away so you can support your horses.
2. Each member must have an account with Winner's Circle Bank before participating in the game.

Horses
1. Horses do not exsist without being registered.
2. All ages and names are final once the horse has been shown.
3. Horses may be speed aged up to four years at the time of birth.
4. New members can make up 5 horses. After one year, they may make up an additional 2. Members can breed/buy as many horses as they wish.
5. Please do not abuse your horses. Doing so intentionally results in banation from Wish Horse.

Establishments
1. New members can create stables, associations, registrys, or businesses with permission from one of the owners (Lara, Cami or JockeyGurl)
2. One member can own only one stable, association, registry, or business unless she has special permission.
3. Mini-barns not allowed.
