In Loving Memory of Tristan Lloyd Anderson

Welcome to my first webpage, which I am making in dedication to my beloved son Tristan, who we lost on 22nd September, 1999.
Tristans life was cut short, because of a silly little mistake. A mistake my husband and I have to live with for the rest of our lives. Tristan drowned in our back yard swimming pool, aged two years six months and one day.
Any parent would have been proud to call Tristan their son. He was such a loving child, and always wanted to be near us. We couldn't just sit down without Tristan planting himself onto our laps. And hugs and kisses never went astray with Tristan... there was even some left over for near strangers.
Although he was only with us for a short time, he will never be forgotten. He was our first and only baby, and we miss him dearly.

Tristan LOVED playing with tools. He used to want to walk around with Daddys Hammer, or screwdriver, or saw... ohh, I don't mean that.

My Baby

My beautiful serious young man. Even at only a few weeks old he had the eyes and sense of being older than he actually was.

Oh My, what fun the water can be

Tristan never had a fear of water. He loved his bathtime, he loved to play with the hose in the garden, the dogs water... any water. And he wasn't frightened of the pool.

Here is Tristan and his Daddy, and one of our dogs. Bathtime really was a family affair in our house.

Here is Tristan and his Grans in a spa.

Here is Tristan and I overlooking the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, October 1997.

This is my little big man.
