"Mew, please help us!" Sarah cried out again

Mewgi was powering up to send a ball of blue energy at the group.

"Mew isn't responding" Sarah said in a worried tone of voice

"We have to do something" said Cozmo

"Hurry, Let's split up, we can get back together later, but it's our only hope right now" Said Misao

"What about Jason?" asked Janice

"We'll have to help him" said Cozmo

Cozmo and Janice helped Jason to him feet and rushed east along the coast. Misao, Derek and Sarah rushed along the west coast, and Skye and Mike ran north into the jungle.

"You cannot escape me!" yelled Mewgi

"Come on Jason, keep going" said Janice to her brother

"We have to get out of here and fight later, we weren't ready" said Cozmo "And when we come back, We're gonna kick his butt!"

"That is, if we get off. Come on guys, we've got to try and contact Mew" said Janice

Misao, Darren, and Sarah ran quickly down the coast.

"Is he in sight?" asked Sarah

Darren looked behind them "I don't see him, but he could come any minute"

"I wonder which group he went after" said Misao

"Let's try Mew again, it's our only hope" said Sarah

Skye kept running, she had to get away. She was running through a jungle, a thick jungle with vines everywhere. Then suddenly, she fell into a hole. When she landed, she spotted a large pokemon in front of her, it was Mewgi. 'Oh no, It's my dream' she thought. Sure enough, her pokeballs were missing.

"You nor your friends can stop me, I cannot be defeated! To show my power, you shall be the first to perish!"

Mewgi powered up for an attack, Skye backed up and turned around to run, but there was no way out. Then she heard a voice calling her name.

"Skye! Skye are you there? Skye!" It was Mike

"Mike? Mike, help me! Mike!!!"

Mewgi launched his attack, and Skye let out an ear piercing scream. The last thing she saw was a white light.

Skye opened her eyes and noticed she was hugging Mike's arm for dear life. She let go and let the ciculation return to Mike's arm. She blushed a bit. She looked around and saw Cozmo, Darren, Misao, Sarah, Janice, and Jason were there too.

"What happened?" asked Skye "I thought I was going to die"

"We all were calling out for Mew, and we got through. Mew teleported us off the island just in time, or you would have been a gonner" replied Janice.

"And our healing powers can get through now" added Misao "Jason's ok now"

Mew came and floated up to the eight trainers. "It wasn't time yet. You must return back later, but your skills are not yet high enough to face Mewgi"

"Hey, I could beat up that punk any day. He just caught me off gaurd" said Cozmo gruffly

"Sure you could, and how were you planning on beating him, walk right up to him and snap your fingers, and *poof!* he's gone?" said Mike sarcastically

"Ha Ha, very funny" mumbled Cozmo.

"Mew's right, we need to become stronger. Janice and I couldn't even hurt him with our combined power" said Jason

"And if we try again in our current state, someone could actually die this time" said Darren.

"Like Skye almost did" said Mike

"Yeah, and I'm still a beginner" added Misao "And we could all use some work"

"So Mew, how will we ever get our skills high enough to beat this guy?" asked Sarah

"Lot's of training" Mew replied.

"I'm willing to try it" said Misao

"Me too" said Darren

"Count me in" said Sarah

"I'll try it" said Mike

"Yeah, me too"

"We're in" said Janice and Jason

"Well, I don't need it, but yeah why not." said Cozmo

"Good, training starts tomorrow. I belive you've had enough for one day" said Mew. Then floated away.

"Looks like we have another long day ahead of us" sighed Sarah
