1. How old are you, who's in the band, and what do you
all play?
i am 22 i sing and my name is mark. guitar-jason hager (27), guitar
-rob
arnold (19), drums-andy herrick(20), bass-rob lesniak(21)
2. What are you biggest influences to play music?
Life
3. How'd you get in to music, how old were you?
i was 3 years old and i used to run around my house singing the oak
ridge
boys classic "elvira"...true story
4. When you were younger what bands did you listen to
and what bands are you currently listening to now?
i grew up listening to bands like anthrax, slayer, king diamond,
metallica,
and i still listen to all those bands now...some new bands i am into
are
machine head and fear factory
5. What do you do when your not practicing with your
the band?
sleep...i am constantly working for the band, or practicing
6. Are you in to other forms of art? IF so I've
examples?
self mutilation
7. Do you read? If so what do you get in to reading?
i really don't have time to read, but i wish i did.
but if i had time, i would read Stephen king's books again
8. Whats it the music scene like over there in
Cleveland?
The music scene is very good, there're some impressive up and coming
talent
i.e.. Durty Mac, Fromandafly, and Outcry. Those bands will be making a
huge
impact in 2k.
9. what are some of your favorite movies?
scarface, matrix, stigmata
10. Is chimaira strait edge?
chimaira is whatever they feel like being on that particular day.
11. What are some of the coolest shows you've played
and what bands were you with?
coolest bands we played with...Outcry and Fromandafly and Zao
coolest show we played was in the summer with Zao, Narcissus, and
Outcry in
Cleveland.
12. What was your first band like, i mean before
anything that got signed or put out music, i am
talking like first garage band?
my first garage band was called "pillow" and we sounded like Rage
Against The
Machine 4 years before they even came out
13. I've seen you guys are fear factory fans, what are
you favorite songs by them?
every song of obsolete
14. What are some of the best live shows you have
seen?
most intense show ever...slipknot and machine head...Clevo kids don't
like
slipknot too much and there was some old fashioned violence that was
just
crazy
15. How'd you guys get to be on ECER?
a very nice guy named David gave us this opportunity
16. How would you describe your band for someone who
has never heard you?
depressed metal
17. Any words for kids in bands just starting out?
don't be lazy, it will not get you anwhere
