The 14th was the b-day celebration of a certain friend ... and the inclusion of his other half (since she's relatively new) turned out to be extremely interesting .... dinner was a continuous flirtation and I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life - the highlight - the waiter delivering our amazing chocolate cake dessert - with comments like "oh my god, holy shit, oh god" he answered with "it's okay just call me Hugo" ..... that was the top of it all!! Getting to the Loft in time for the girls to enter free was pretty amazing - the ride was not as funny as the previous time, however the conversations and the music was enough I think. Dancing and enjoying the evening was pretty decent ... we had the cowboys to keep our attention (and there was 3 of them too) but alas they founf others to keep themselves occupied with ... my white-hat-red-shirt guy dissappeared early on in the evening, only to be found near then end sitign drinking with another ... oh well ... creepy guy was back - and I recognized him as the same creepy guy from another time we were there - now what does that say? But (somehow) he found somebody that was interested - "hey creepy guy found a girl" ... "eww" ... "hey creepy guy is kissing the girl" ... "EWW" ... "okay that's digusting - creepy guy has his hands in her underwear!!!" - too much!
There was an interesting drama at the office work this week - apparently dirty dishes are very crutial to the working of the office .... blah
Dinner and bowling with the KK krew - fun fun fun .... 3 Amigoes with a bunch of Indians and Asians ... wow ... the mexican hat for the b-day was pretty funny too ... pina coladas, tacos and salsa disappearing, the flower guy who was told a certain person just got laid ... and then stood behind him waiting for his flowers to be bought, smoking up outside - "whoever wants a puff,puff come thins way" ... interesting to see who went, waiting outside for the puff puffs to join us and learning about our difficulties in hearing, those who got carded and those who didn't, cosmo bowling with black lights, a horrible 60-sometihng score on the first game and an amazing 163 for the second one, "Blame it on the floor - its crooked!!" Got an interestign call just before the night began with the invite to get extremely drunk and have some fun, sadly the night progressed and the booze never arrived before I could take advantage of it before leaving to go home befroe the metros closed. Getting stranded downtown for the hopes of getting drunk was not worth it. Sadly my hopes of staying later than the metros was based on the hopes a certain somebody offering me a lift home (or close enough to home to not need the metros) and that didn't happen ... I have to learn to not be so expectant and not get disappointed.
Fan day football game ... and our guys lost 49-23 against Toronto .... ;-( ... but we were in the Degree section so we had some entertainment - "you're funny - I like you" .... no freebies tho ... ;-( ... altho I got a pic with a retired Als player that I actually watchd play .... when the pics are developped I'll post my pic with Bruno Heppell ;-)

CHOM on the radio, political science textbook opened in front of me .... and I'm downloading cute emoticons for MSN Messenger .... now that's a productive night.
Finished up a gapfest on the phone a little while ago - when was the last time I spent an hour on the phone with a girlfriend chatting about everything and nothing? Got to express all the shit that was going on ... the stress of not understanding what's being taught to me, the frustration of failing a midterm and the hope of just getting through this semester ... "What does Political Science get you?" ... "Three credits so I can graduate" ... yup that's what it all comes down to .... that and an unfortunate crink in my neck and shoulders which is going onto its 3rd day ... man do I hate it when my body tells me I'm pushing it too hard - just seven more weeks .... don't quit on me now!!
Ahhh it's so nice to be so witty when everything is falling apart around me ....

"And where do you think you're going miss? Your shift isn't over."
"My shift isn't over? ... and when will my shift be over?"
"Hmm ... another half hour I'd say."
"Really ..... actually I'd love to stay ... unless you want to do my political science paper for me."
"The door is right there! Right behind you!"
Too bad he's only the Second Cup manager ... I'd really enjoy bantering with him for longer intervals ..... sigh ...
