Something is about to change in my life relatively soon. Or at least if everything pans out the way I would like it to. But then by saying it outloud it might actually jinx it - as well as writing it out for eyes to see it. I'll keep it mum for now, but in a few weeks I will know if things will change. Stay tuned. ;-)

It's funny how sometimes certain things just stick in your mind. I saw the play An Act of God last night and it proved to be as good as it was reviewed to be. It was so very well written and acted, I can't imagine it anyway else. Some of the jokes and just plain funny lines will stick in my head forever - "What about all the wars?" "I didn't realize I was responsible for any." "Aren't you going to take responsibility for those!!!?" "Why? So that you don't have to!!!?"

It's funny how things can be going so well one moment, and then everything falls apart. Imagine: your dad in the hospital and your fiance kicks you out of the apartment with only 4 hours to move out. How much lower can you get?

Well I had a blast last night celebrating a friend's 24th birthday. We started out at Peel Pub -- and she ended up pretty plastered withing the first hour that we were there. But on the bright side we got to make somebody's day. The 18th birthday of some stanger which we ended up embarrasing, trying to force him to dance, eventually dancing with him, and finally singing him happy birthday while the waiter gave a pretty amazing show with alcohol giving off a blue flame. Then off to The Loft in which I can't believe I pole danced infront of 100 people. Although those 4 Kamakasi shots at the beginning went down real nice - toast to "cute bartenders" and to "being single infront of cute bartenders" ... hmm maybe not. The dancing was very ..... thumpy? I'm not a fan of that style of music I found out. Then there was the Little Scary Man - "I bet before the end of the night he'll approach me" .... hmm .... "he was THISCLOSE!!!" .... eeeee ... oh well. By midnight I was having enough of the thumping, and the smoke was getting me dizzy ... or it was the combo of what I drank and the flashing lights, and loud music - either way I still had fun and that's all that counts.
