Saw a ghost from the past today ... I wrote "Another one bites the dust" as part of my MSN name when I got home ... I wonder if he caught on ... or if I'm not just blocked but deleted from his account. It could either mean that my intentions to get together with friends on Friday night to play pool got trashed, or I've encountered another ruined relationship in person. I'm not even sure I would like him to catch on or not. I'm thinking about following the advice of a certain lady who told me that you can't control the actions and behaviours of others and to try and do so is self-destructive ... perhaps I should live like she does and not bother worrying about how others are affected by my presence. Apparently for a few people it is a negative effect, but I guess those odds are not so bad ... since it would be 3 negatives to 4 positives (if I'm being slightly generous). Blah ... I think it's time to live for me now!

Welcoming to the family a new addition - 2001 Sunfire in beige ... those cars should really only be made in red ...
Oh ... and I changed my earrings ... took the studs out Wed night and now have some nifty gold loops with pearls - my very own bangly sleepers ;-)

"Thanks for the coffee ... so that's what they're calling it these days aren't they?" ... laughter ...
Yup - some tingly stolen kisses and dry humping - it's all the rage nowadays.

Break down of Midterm Break:
Monday - Dentist appointment, Curves, lounging infront of the TV watching the Olympics, volunteering at the shop, having a drink and a tour of an amazing house on the Boulevard.
"Wow ... you could be days in this place and nobody would notice - there's so many doors and hallways you could be lost for days!!"
Tuesday - Slow morning, followed by a potluck dinner and some NHL06 on XBOX and a pretty amazing drive home in thick fog, and a comfy goodnight to the driver.
"I had a controller in my lap and then it was gone ..." "Here's I'll give it back o you in your HANDS ..." "What else could I get in my hands?" "Anything you'd like ......."
"Do you mind driving her home?" "No, really I can make it home on my own ..." "Driving you home won't be a problem ... we can find a suitable way of payment on the drive home!!"
Wednesday - Bible study in the morning, Curves, Chinese dinner out after getting a tour of the new appartment, having pitchers at the Cock 'n Bull, getting involved in the pool game in front of us and getting growled at.
"Do you know who that was? ... Gee the rumour mill will be working this week - they'll be sure the suggest we were together."
Thursday - Lazy morning watching the Olympics, followed by some time at Brutopia meeting new people and getting tipsy on an empty stomach, followed by a Creole dinner and a lively discussion of politics in Haiti, then back to Bru for some confession time, sreetching teenyboppers and some more drinks with some interesting company, followed by some great conversation, lots of laughs, and some very smooth kisses that will hopfully be repeated sometime soon.
"How much would you pay me for her number? "Well I was going to ask her myself, actually." "I'll you you half of it - how 'bout that?" "Well that doesn't really help me out now does it?" "What, are you pimping me out?"
Friday - Lounging in the morning, off on the train to go visit the Autogard Girls, had a solo lunch enroute, and then was welcomed by all three squealing girls upon arrival (it's so nice to be loved), followed by some catching up and gossiping, thne back to the train by a ride home, some reading (not school related) and some computer time.
All in all, a great week off ... made out with a stranger, got kissed by another, with the possibilityo f a follow up, got to see plenty of friends and just do nothing in general, however I kept busy the whole week. Can't wait for the summer months to get here - then I might have some more fun free days .....

Something forgotten from that lovely Thursday afternoon:
"I listened to Fight Club, and I didn't know what the hell was going on."
"I watched Fight Club and I didn't know what the hell was going on."
"So, what movies are good ones to listen to?"
"Well, (chuckle) not porn."
"Hell, I wouldn't know which parts to fast forward through!"
"You may as well listen to curling!"
"HARDER!!!HARDER!!!HURRY HARD!! AHHHHH!!!"
Something forgotten from Friday afternoon gossip - "Her convert? And give up Christmas? That's like me living without my liver!"
And now that I've survived my week off, I've got lots of things to catch up on ... and I will have to look forward to not screwing up my first date on Friday. I'm in need of some suggestions since my ideal first date is something I don't want to ask of him. However, I guess asking to go ice skating is not too silly a request, so let's hope I don't get laughed at when I do bring it up. WOOHOO a first date to look forward to!!!!!!!!!! ;-)
