Thoughts from February

February 2, 2000

I saw the "little bitch" this morning. I must saw I've never know anyone to hold a grudge for as long as him. On the plus side - no shaking or trembling - just the normal doubts clouding in my mind. I've made some progress I guess. The aftershocks are wearing off faster each time.

Got back from having a blast with my friends. The movie (Scream 3) was good, quite humourous for a horror film, but still good. The usual happened, but that's inevitable.
Went to James' house after, and had a good time. As usual it seems I always do. I'm a little thoughtful now, since I'm not used to that kind of attention, but I think I could get used to it. Not sure now, but I guess I'll have to see.
;-) Cold feet and a sleeping bad IS a good thing. ;-)

Went to church this morning for the anniversary of my grandfather's death that was the 5th of Feb. Many of the prayers today were for people dealing with health issues and problems, most of them with cancer. The same thing that took my grandfather's life. It's not really fair for all these people to be suffering like that. I guess we, as mere human beings, can't do much.

A peck and a wink and I'm out of commission for the rest of the day. I forgot my bus pass this morning, had to go back inside to get it, therefor missing the train. Had to take the bus, arrived in class ten minutes late, missed the instructions for a paper that's due on the 21st of Feb. Then to top it off, lost my bus pass at the mall, searched and didn't find it. Took the train home the illegal way, walked in the cold for 25 minutes to get home. Then had to go out with my mom to buy bus tickets (adult ones too that cost $28 for 14 until I can get my student I.D. back), and now have to get metro tickets tomorrow. Plus find time to get to the place to get another ID photo and pay $5 for another student ID card.

What are you doing to me?

February 8, 2000

Well I found my bus pass today. Only after spending $36.25 on bus and metro tickets, but it's less of a hassel anyways. Let's just say I was less frazzled today. It's all good now. ;-)

A man tried to pick me up today while I was waiting for the bus at the terminus. I must admit that although it was the first time anyone has ever asked for my phone number, it was a little unsettling, and not flattering at all.

February 14, 2000 - Valentine's Day

My thoughts tonight are quite un-love related.
"There are no victims, only volunteers".
Now I know for sure it wasn't his fault, but mine. I tried to stop it, but I didn't try hard enough. Now I guess I must live with the consequences of allowing him to do that to me. Never again will I falter.

Hmm... Randy Ryan the Raccoon, guys aim better, singing, making bets... is this really what bowling tournaments are about? ;-)

What is a lie? "To utter a falsehood; a falsehood, an untruth".
But if what is said is believed to be the truth, is it really a lie?

OOOOO wow the first leap year of the new Millenium!!!! I hope I'm not the only one who's heard that and thinks it's stupid.

Not much to write here but I thought I'd better write something before my page gets deleted. I do have to congradulate a certain somebody for finally making it to the page. Also to another certain somebody who can now read this in the comfort of her own home. ;-)

Well that's it for now - got lots of homework, so I hope to survive this hectic week.....'till next time.
