Conch's Famous Lobster Boil



(Per person=)

1~1 1/4 lb lobster
2~red skin potatoes, skin on
1~onion=peeled
1~sausage, any type you like
1~hot dog
1~or more ears of corn husked
6~clams or more
Butter or margarine
Large steamer pot, for all servings...lol!!

Add potatoes to steaming water in top of pot for about 15 min, or until they start getting tender with touch of fork.
Add onions, corn, sausage, hot dogs, and steam until potatoes start to break apart with fork about 10 more minutes.
Add lobsters and clams to pot, when clams are open and lobsters are red it is time to eat!

Tip 1= Make sure you have melted butter for dipping and butter for corn!

Tip 2=Eat in a place that all can make a mess LOL!

Tip 3=Use newspaper to cover table for easy clean up!

Tip 4=Do not over cook lobster, When clams are open, lobster will be done!
Cooking time should not take over 40 min. from the time you add potatoes!
Depending on how many people are pigging out!!
