Praline Pecans
Prepare ahead of time a lightly greased cookie sheet, or 2 large dinner plates.
In a large pan put in;
1 T (tablespoon) butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. confectionary sugar
1 c. brown sugar
Stir and melt mixture on medium heat. (High heat will burn the brown sugar.) As soon as it's almost all melted, add 3 - 6oz. bags ( 4 1/2 to 5 cups total ) of pecans, stir to completely cover all the pecans with the mixture.
Keep stirring for about 5 minutes, you will see it starting to look fudgey and dry with no syrup left. Then quickly pour on prepared sheet.
Seperate the pecans with 2 forks so not to burn your fingers, while still warm. When all pecans are separated, let cool. Very quick to make. Enjoy.
