Turn around!
Man's good opinion of himself makes it easy for him to keep his distance from his Maker. If we do seek Him, it's because we want Him to bless OUR plans. That our nature is built on pride is evident when we try to come to God on our own terms. Self-love is the vehicle that transports most nice people away from God's will and closer to hell.
In Christ you have the opportunity to exchange this corrupt human nature for a new one. God promises forgiveness to your repentance, but He has not promised tomorrow to your procrastination.
Conviction is not conversion until it is obeyed. At the judgment, God won't ask why we sinned. He will ask us why we didn't turn to Him.
