Any planet off-line for 7 days is subject to replacement at Duke's discretion unless that person has notified the Duke about their absence.

No Manitoba can be used to SELL products in the Duchy but may be used to sell in other Duchies who do not have a rule against it. It may also be used with it's up coming attachment Ontario which is a build hauler.

Please no dumping. Haul at least 3k to a planet or until it turns 10/ig per ton

All exchanges must be clearly marked unless there is a clear reason for it not to be.

All hospitals MUST have a safe way to the insurance shop and the LP.

PO's shall not let thier exchange go bankrupt. Bankrupt planets will be subject to expulsion unless the Duke is notified in advance. There is not much excuse for this to happen.

All tax levels must be set to 0% unless you ask Implantguy\. Permission will be granted if your planet is low on money, you ran out of credits and forgot to change it after taxing or any other problems that disable your ability to lower the taxes. You may temporarily raise taxes to tax in money to your trea.
