Review
This is contemporary romance at its finest with the perfect blend of adventure, humor and sensuality. Marnie appears to be a "dumb blonde" but really isn't and Jake is the quintessential loner. It's so much fun watching these two get together.
If you like Suzanne Brockmann, Lindsay McKenna or military heros then this is the book for you. I'm always on the look-out for a good military romance and I found it with this book.
Ms. Adair is definitely an author to watch for! This appears to be part of a series. There is an excerpt of a new book on her website and the hero is a minor character in this book. Keep them coming Ms. Adair, you're sure to have quite a following.
