Not only is the body conditioned but so is the mind. All Sanyu's are taught the balance of nature, importance of sacrifice and the continues struggle of good and evil.
But before one can began training he/she must undergo a trial. The trail tests both strength and intellegince. Most warrior trainees began at the earlist age of 12 latest 20's. There are a few Doanas(teachers) who instruct in their field of speciality but most Sanyus come under the tutelage of Kimiyo Selig a heroine of the second Wyrm wars. She teaches with a tough hand but understandable mind.
A warriors training is broken up into 3 two year periods. The first 2 years a Sanyu may not be allowed to own or use weapons and can not particpate in mock battles. These years stress the development of thought and hand to hand combat. Once past these the next two years are also spent on edcating those on enemy tactics and ideals. Second yearSanyus also learn to use basic weapons the wooden sword, spear and staff. They particpate in light drill and mock battles against those of their own class. Finally the last years are rigerous training with the weapon of the Sanyu's choice. But each is taught to handle a bow and arrow. These last years are often froaght with mock battles and short journeys. Once the six years to each region in searc of a bond mate. During this journey the Sanyu is to deciede which, Argent or region warrior clan, to join. Once this is decided they return to finlize thier satus with the Kaku-Marshkbe.
