THIS IS FOR A SIM GAME HFSHC. IT IS IN NO WAY REAL.

TRAINING AND CONDITIONING (Board included): $325.00/month
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM SHOWS: $100.00
SHOWING YOUR HORSE FOR YOU: $50.00/HORSE/CLASS
BREEDING HANDLING FEE: $300.00/FOAL
FOAL HALTER BREAKING & WEANING: $150.00/FOAL
BOARD: $225.00/MONTH/HORSE
$275.00/ MONTH/STALLION
$250.00/MONTH/MARE & FOAL (stalled at night, pastured during the day)
$175.00/MONTH/PASTURE (no stallions allowed to pasture board. Six horses to a pasture. Pasture board is limited.)

All regular board includes feeding grain twice a day (except pasture board), hay three times a day (pasture boarders will only get hay in the winter), supplements to your specification. Horses will be blanketed in the winter if you supply a blanket. All Vet and Farrier cost for routine visits. Any extras will be billed to the owner. If you want your horse turned out you must do it yourself. Any horses found to have not been turned out for over a week, the owner will be reported and their horse confiscated until the matter is cleared up.

For horses in training, the owner must provide a winter blanket. If one is not sent when the horse arrives, one will be order and the owner will be billed. Each horse will be assigned a wool cooler and the owner will be billed for the cost, approx. $160.00 Training board includes everything that the regular board has, plus horses will be turned out on the days they are not being worked.

**Any New Beginnings tack or equipment broken by an individual horse will be charged to the owner's account.

**All board and expenses are due by the 5th of each month, there will be a late charge for any that are not in on time. If board is not paid for two consecutive months, the auction house will be notified and horses will be sold at auction to the highest bidder.
