THE STALLI0N BARN has 50-12'x12' box stalls, with a tack room, grooming and wash stall, and a feed and supply room. Each stall has it's own turnout, and the stallions are rotated daily for turnout. The stallion barn also houses the breeding facilities. The stallions are collected every other day, and we ship daily, as needed by the mare owners.
THE MARE BARN has 20-12'x16' foaling stalls and 30-12'x12' box stalls, also with a tack room, grooming, and wash stall, and a feed and supply room. The foaling stalls are monitored by video camera, and there is an apartment in the mare barn where the breeding manager lives year round. All the stalls have individual paddocks so foals won't get hurt.
THE TRAINING & SALE BARN has 100 -12'x12' box stalls with 6 wash stalls, 6 grooming stalls, a large tack room, and a feed and supply room. There is a 120'x200' indoor arena attached to the training barn along with an office, and lounge for clients to view their horses while they are being worked. Here you can view any of the horses that may be for sale.
THE BOARDING BARN has 100-12'x12' box stalls with 6 wash stalls, 6 grooming stalls, 2 large tack rooms with individual lockers for private use, and a feed and supply room. there is a 120'x200' indoor arena attached to this barn for the boarder's use.
THE PRIVATE BARN has 50-12'x12' box stalls with 2 wash stalls, 4 grooming stalls, a tack room and a feed and supply room. It has a 120'x200' indoor arena for our private use. This is the barn where most of Windance horses are kept. This is not for public use.
All the barns have automatic waters, hay racks, and feed bins in every stall. Also on the property are 2 enclosed round pens, 4 hot walkers, 2 large out door arenas, where shows are held, and a 1/4 mile track for jogging and conditioning. We plan on adding a swimming pool for both horses and people. Let us show you through the barns and introduce you to the horses.
