Yeah, yeah, so what if I like Britney Spears!!  ;-p Her music is always fun to listen to anyway.  You can always dance to her songs.  My little 2 year old friend can even bop her head to her songs. :)

"Wuxia" is the Chinese term for "martial arts heroes."  These stories are similiar to "Lord of the Rings" with its deal of fantasy, but wuxia stories usually have a bit of history in it. The stories are usually made into movies (tv series) that are usually 30 hours long.

I have watched Days since 1995 and since then Bo & Hope have remained my favorite couple.  I have met these two actors in real life also.  It was a nice experience.  I met them during a promotional ad campaign for the soap.  I got to take a picture with that gal up there too! :)

Lovely White and Cherry are my favorite characters! :)  I also love Blue Bear.  They remind me of the days when I first discovered Sailor Moon on TV!

To those who aren't familiar with Qiong Yao, she is one of Taiwan's best-selling authors...pretty much like a Taiwan Danielle Steel.  She writes novels that are generally made into lengthy tv series for the Asian audience.  My favorite is TING YUEN SHEN SHEN (The Deep Courtyard), which is a heartbreaking love story about a couple who has lost 10 years of what would-be marital bliss.  It is a story about a blind man, a child and the mysterious woman who came into their lives.  The story centers around the burnt down mansion that was named after the blind man's now late wife.  Everyone in town says the place is haunted, but the child rather sees a the ghost who is her mother than nothing at all.  The mysterious woman becomes a private tutor and teacher for the troubled child of this wealthy family who bears assets no greater than that of a homeless child among the streets.  In desperate need of love and attention, the woman is there to comfort and console her every need as the blind man quietly lives in his own hell everyday living through the guilt of his late wife's death.  The woman who entered their lives is strangely familiar to him.  He becomes determined to find out who she really is.  Once he does, will she ever return again?  Read and find out!  :)  Click on Qiong Yao's Novel Translations above. :)  I'm in the process of translating my version as well because I noticed Poppie's wordings are different from my book.  Let's see what I can do.   I can't really read, but I've got my dictionary. :)  Hehehe...

COOL WALLPAPERS

My all-time favorite book is "A Walk to Remember" written by my favorite author Nicholas Sparks.  This book is one of the most beautiful books I've ever read!  I've read it twice and cried!  =*)  The movie is good too.  It's really different though.  I made the banner myself.  :)  I've read all of Sparks books and am always waiting for the next one!
