I do consultancy work for real estate developers and owners who want to include GOLF in their projects. From conceptualization, masterplanning inputs, design briefs, construction management, project documentation, start-up operations, personnel selection and all related activities. We have developed good professional relationships with worldclass designers for land masterplanning, golf courses, residential projects, buildings and recreational facilities. We also maintain a comprehensive database of product suppliers and service providers for said projects.
We have on-going projects in Cavite, Cebu, Davao, Baguio, Laguna and Subic, all in the Philippines.
