History:

Foam is an important show effect in film, theatre and party sectors. Originated by the creative promoters on Ibiza in the early 90s, the idea of foam parties was picked up by European discotheque managers and promoters. In 1995 MBN developed the first foam generator (F-630) produced in series. In the late 90s the foam wave spreaded rapidly over all continents through several kinds of foam parties. Even for theatre, TV and film applications the foam generators are frequently used due to its simple, fast and secure handling. All foam generators comply with CE regulations and are "Made in Germany". Motor, ventilator and pump are German quality products as well. The motor and the foam net were specially developed for the use of this device. The matching effect fluid for foam parties was developed and is tested dermatologically.


operation principle:

The mix of water and foam is transported through a pump from the tank to the foam generator. Here the fluid is sprayed through a fine nozzle on the foam net and converted to foam by air pressure from the fan.

To fill the foam fluid from the cans in the tank a faucet/tap is available for the 25 and 60 litre cans.

 
F-630

The F-630 is perfect for greater discotheques, halls and open air events. With a foam performance of 250.000 litres foam per minute (theoretical foaming volume) the  F-630 is the largest foam generator produced in series. The MBN F-630 can be operated standing or installed in a hanging positon by three built in flying eyes.

F-300


The F-300 is ideal for medium to large discotheques and rental business. Its dimensions are very compact and it can easily be transported in a car. It has a foam performance of 120.000 litres per minutes (theoretical foaming volume). The MBN F-300 can be installed in a hanging position by three built in flying eyes.

Juniorfoam

The JUNIORFOAM generator is ideal for medium to smaller dicotheques and specially suitable for theatre and film productions. The unit is extremely quiet, very small and light weight. It has a foam performance of 40.000 litres per minute (theoretical foaming volume). The MBN JUNIORFOAM can be installed in a hanging position by three built in flying eyes.

FC-500
The FC-500 has an output-range of 6-8 m and is suitable for all foam parties and show events where shots at longer distance targets are needed. The FC-500 is very compact and easy transportable. So it is ideal for promoters and mobile discos. By the four flying eyes the FC-500 can be mounted in a hanging position. With the optional metal dolly tray the foam cannon can be placed horizontally or vertically on the floor. The foam output is slightly lower as the performance of the F-300 (100.000 litres per minute - theoretical foaming volume).
