As you can tell, my mom is way ahead of me!!! She has 3 acres of land - I can't even begin to show you all of the beautiful plants and trees that she has!!! Of course she's been at this for about 7 years (at this particular site!) and continues to amaze and astonish me with the knowledge she has gained!!

My Mom is a retired nurse....and has spent most of her spare time in her gardens. Winters she spends cozily at home reading her many plant magazines and persuing them for different and unusual plants or trees to add to here ever widening gardens. If she keeps it up she won't have anywhere to walk!!!

She also hooks rugs, and lately she has been working at a local fast food resturant to make money for her many jaunts to Europe (amoung other places!!) She just recently went to Poland with her best friend Sheri!!

My stepdad, Harry, gets in on the act too, and just this summer he built a beautiful grapevine arbor for the garden. I can't wait to see how it looks with the clemetis they have planted blooming on it!!
