How to bring u'r wife with u in USA
Here is the summary of what is needed and what is MUST for u to do so...
U'r wife must have her PASSPORT.
U'r marriage certificate, from court.
U'r marriage photographs, at least 4 or 5 will be ok, but the condition is that both of u should be facing the camera.
U'r VISA / PASSPORT / Employer Certificate or Recommendation for u'r wife to bring her with u.
Both of u MUST have u'r ORIGINAL documents ( High school certificate, Degree, B.tech etc..).
For H1 VISA u need a Rs. 720 ( or $20 ) Bank Draft payable in favour of AMERICAN EMBASSY, NEW DELHI ( for those N. Delhi applicants ). This is u'r application fee.
Then last but not least, if u'r visa gets approval from the embassy u will have to deposit $100 ( or equivalent Indian currency ) as VISA fee.
NOTE : This is just one day process hence try to go to U.S. Embassy
as early as it is possible for u to avoid a long queue ahead of u, people generally starts coming there by 4 a.m. in the morning. I will suggest u to go early around 6-6:30 am that will be safer for
u. U will get application form right in the queue. so don't worry for u'r spouse VISA, if u have all documents mentioned above and of course u'r wife with u, U will easily get H4 visa for u'r wife on the same day.
