Please Let Me Introduce You To
My World

Hello, my name is Shirl, and this is my world.
I would like to start with information on me, not a lot, but enough to let you know a little of what I am about.

For those who know me, they know I am a poet of sort's and a web page designer, I have done much work on my pages, and sometimes even do some for friends of mine, just because I want to. I do not ask money for this, beause I do it with the love from my heart.
My poetry, is something I consider a blessing from God, for I do not have to work to write it. I sit here, put my fingers on the keys, and the words appear. I think something like this is called a natural talent. This talent is also my personal blessing that I want to share with you. I pray you have a chance to view my work, all done through and because of the blessings I received from God.


My Basic Information:
I would like to say here... that I had two very wonderful parents that were more then I think I deserved... they were alot more to me then at the time I realized... they long gone now... and I think it is like the words in that song... "you don't know what you got till you loose it" I definately do now... "Love you mom and dad!"

I have long brown hair, about to my waist, and I have green eyes, I am not a beautiful woman, but, I think I look okie. I mean, beauty is only skin deep, Inside my heart, is a beautiful woman, if you miss her, by only seeing the surface, you have missed much.

I'm a some what of a quiet lady, and I like various things, like all the wonderful romantic things that makes the world seem so wonderful when someone loves you, and the quiet moments I have alone, just to think and reflect on my life, or pray.

I love going to the ocean, walking along the beach, holding hands or just dreaming of what may be, one day, with that special someone, that I know is in Gods plan, for me to meet.

But for right now, I am here, just the other side of this computer, living my life, going on with all I have to do. For you see, I am a mom, and I spend a lot of my time, with my children. I have many, and they all touch my life in one way or another, and I love them very much. Below is a listing of their names in order, just for the idea that I want part of them, written in these pages for they are part of me.


I have 10 children in my life... and nermour more that I fostered... they were some kind of experiance... and I learned from them all...

I have more children that adopted me through the years and I love them very much. Their names are
Melissa, Patrick, & Ronnie
That, is naming but a few, that have touched my life through God's many blessings. I feel I am one lucky lady, and truly Blessed by God.

I am praying one day God's plans, are that I may meet a man, who is willing and special enough to take me and my children, as part of his world, as he becomes part of ours. For they are part of me and who I live for. They make me smile and they make me cry. They bring laughter in my life, when I thought there would be no more. My children are the most precious gifts from God that I have, and I will endure as long as I have them and all the wonderful blessing my Lord has bestowed upon me and mine.

My dream is now, to one day, be allowed to share all I have, with an honest, sincere, loving man, who I believe God will provide, when the time is right. After all, one thing I have learned through this all, is all things are in Gods time.



Now as time passes, and I'm moving on with life, I believe the truest words for me now are,
"I've Only Just Begun."
