Well all...I'm back with a new commentary for you to feast your eyes on. Topics for this commentary are TWF's Inferno, my wrestling debut, and birthdays...as well as future bookings and info on the beach trip! Let's start with Inferno shall we? I can say that it was literally an INFERNO at Colonial Elementary School. I'm sure the thermometer would have been striking 110...at the coolest part of the night. The locker room was like a sauna! The only slavation to be found was water *which was hard to obtain* and the refrigarator/freezer in the locker room that could be occasionally opened for quick relief. I was pretty damn nervous all day long. I could barely eat anything in fear I would be sick all night long. Once we arrived at the show, I was slowly calming down. I knew the night was going to be a long one, but I truly had no idea what was in store. Before I knew it, it was time to open the doors...I was finally beginning to enjoy the atmosphere. I quickly got changed in some dark corner of the locker room as my body guard *The Doc* made sure I wasn't interupted. I soon realized there were no mirrors in the locker room. This ment I would have to walk out into the gym to get to another bathroom in the lobby. I walked through the "curtain" and saw the crowd. It wasn't a large crowd, but wasn't small either. For some reason, I was very calmed by the site. I put on a very light amount of make-up because I knew that whatever make-up was on my face, would slide right off with the sweat that I couldn't prevent. I knew I was gonna have to wing it with my natural beauty...therefore, I was gonna be in trouble!!! I found out we were 4th on the card. Not too bad I thought...enough time for the crowd to be hyped up, right? I watched the first 3 matches creep by with an unreal slowness. I just couldn't believe it was taking as long as it was! But finally my moment arrived...I got a couple of pointers in which I made sure to follow..."Don't stay in ONE spot forever." , "Be vocal!", and most importantly, "Work the crowd!" Being face...is very hard rather anyone wants to believe it....to get the crowd WITH you is harder than getting them against you. As soon as I heard "Sunshine" play, and I could see the video on the video wall begin, I was ready and willing to get my ass through the curtain...and then my shining moment....was as shiny as a rusty nail....the crowd looked at me with an unmistakable shock as I came out and shouted "Come on everybody!" and clapped! I turned around to see Doc standing behind me...just as shocked as I was....there was no sound of cheering, clapping...nothing. We stood in one spot until the fans FINALLY got the idea and cheered. We walked around and slapped hands with the front row fans. I then made my way into the ring...making sure not to screw up anything. My timing was good...and my presence began to be welcomed by many fans. I could see Kevin Matthews making fun of me from the bleachers by doing Lita's "2 Extreme" hand signal...I heard many people comment about me looking like Lita. And I admit, people will always think Lita when they see fishnets and baggy pants. Doc has been told before he looks like "one of the Hardyz" so, I guess that means I was doing something right. As the match began, I felt like I was right where I belonged. I got the crowd to chant Doc's name, Joel Gertner gave me a classic one liner, and I was working my way around the ring and doing the best I could! When it came time for me to put an end to all of the torture and the injustice the HCC was putting The Doc through....I was rendered helpless...I was pushed down to the mat by Big Lou, and yelled at...I was then forced to watch the horrible beating my own boyfriend was being put through...I was stomach down on the mat, eye to eye with the love of my life...and powerless. I began to shake...I trembled in fear. I wasn't really sure if Doc was okay. As soon as the HCC left the ring, I rushed to The Doc's side. I could see his eye was bleeding and split open. I heard Danny DeManto's voice behind me, but I had no idea where he come from. He aided me in rolling Doc out of the ring and getting him to the back. The doctor took care of Doc's eye that was split open...and I began to reflect on my performance. I felt I had done a wonderful job for it being my first time. The night finally came to an end, and we were off to get our hotel room and a bite to eat. The after show party was no party for me. I wasn't feeling too well, and I know Doc felt REALLY bad after the way his eye had been cut open and as well as the Kendo stick shot to the ribs. We decided to call it a night at 230...I shoulda known rooming next to "the boys" was a bad, bad idea. I was awoken at 430 to my phone ringing...it was the hotel manager requesting that I discuss with my group that it was 430 in the morning and they were pissing off people on the floors above and below as well as people on the same floor as us....needless to say I wasn't happy. Steve Hayden must have thought I could have doubled for someone in "Night of the Living Dead." He was a good sport and humored me as the words carelessly made their way from my mouth...I can't really remember what I said...but it only shut them up for 15 minutes. I was up listening to the insane stampede until 630AM when they FINALLY gave up and all went to bed. All I can say is, DeManto's lucky Doc kept me from emptying all the trash and junk I could find in our car onto his. I was about to make Danny's car a junk heep....but I'll save that for another show!!! Birthday's....turning 18 was something I will never forget! My closest friend and co-worker Kristin had her son Jake at 12:09AM on my birthday! I was so excited to finally meet Jake since I've seen what he's done to Kristin for 9 months! He's a beautiful angel and makes me excited to eventually have my own! After staying at the hospital until 12AM, I wanted to sleep in...but mom woke me up at 745 so we could pick up books for college and got my parking pass...It was something that needed to be done and we didn't have the time to do it any other day than my birthday. Then, my mom, dad, Scott, and I had lunch at Houlihan's. I stuffed myself as full as possible!! Then, we all headed to Rockville to a place called "Inker's Dream Wizard" where I got my very first tattoo! After I'm all healed up...I'm gonna try to get a picture of it on here. It's a very pretty tattoo and I'm very proud of it! After all that, my family came to my house for some cake and ice cream. All and all it was a wonderful way to spend a milestone birthday. I wouldn't have wanted the day to go any other way! Scott's birthday was also a very enjoyable one. He went and got his haircut *thank GOD*. We then went to the mall and I allowed him to spend my money to buy new pants for wrestling. I told him could spend it on whatever he wanted...so, I think he made a good choice! I then took him to The Outback Steak house for his birthday dinner. We finally retired to my house so I could give him an hour and a half massage. I want to be a massage therapist in a few years and he's very good to practice on and he seems to not mind at all! ;) I think we both enjoyed the company of friends and family on our birthdays and I thank everyone that made is special! Future bookings are looking very promising for both The Doc and myself! I know my schedule page needs an update...but you know The Doc has current up to date info on bookings. TWF will run again in late December...WWC looks like it will become a Doc location...PXW is my favorite league as of yet and I'm looking foward to the September show! I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting...but I know that September is pretty packed so be on the look out! BEACH UPDATE! The beach is only a week away...I'm starting to build my alcohol tolerence now!! LOL I've been having a wine cooler a night to calm my nerves after working with infants for 10 hours a day! A good weekend of hard fun is in order! I'm excited to be hanging out with Ben, Apyrl and The Doc. I have a feeling we are gonna have the most exciting time together! I also have a feeling we will be poor coming home and very hung over...so, if you don't hear from us for a few days....we're trying to become sober again! :) School starts the Monday after I come back from the beach. I'm excited and worried...My classes look really awesome...but I'm not one to commit myself to school work....so, if I fail a class, I will be ground beef! Well, I've wrote too much this time but I hope it was worth it! Thanks for checking in with me and I'll write again after the PXW show! Take care! :)
