Graduation was very amazing. I had a great time watching all my friends graduate a long with me. WE MADE IT! I was also in the local paper "The Brunswick Citizen" along with two of my follow graduates! It was something to remember always. I had excellent support in the crowd as well. My mother, father, grandmother, my cousin Colleen, my friend Amanda, The Doc and both of his parents came to watch me walk across the stage. After graduation, I went to a school sponsered party called "Safe and Sane." That was the COOLEST thing I have ever done! There were activities like bungee running, a money booth *you get blindfolded and are put in this booth and they turn a fan on and you have to try to catch money*, a casino that you played for fake money to go buy prizes, and a live DJ with DJ games. They also had a nice heated pool for us all to swim in which is where I spent the better half of my night. I had such a great time!!! The party was from 11pm-5am. So, needless to say, I was VERY tired when my mom and dad picked me up so we could head off on our 9 day vacation down south!
Our first destination was South Carolina. My uncle and his family live down there. It was a nice, short lived reunion. We only stayed from evening Friday to Sunday morning. Sunday to Tuesday we were at Navarre Beach, Florida. That was a very very wonderful 2 1/2 days! I got to see my uncle and aunt that I hadn't seen since I was 9! They didn't change a bit! Along with seeing them, I got to play on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. I also got the chance to visit a Naval Airforce Museum. We could've spent every minute we were in Navarre at this Museum and wouldn't have seen everything there was in it!! It was a very awesome experiance. Leaving Navarre was very hard. I love my aunt and uncle so much!! They were my entire reason behind going on this trip! So, sadly, I moved on to Mississippi. I wasn't sad long...there I visited the majority of the family there was to see on the vacation. 2 Uncles, an aunt, and 2 cousins that I once again haven't seen since I was 9! We ate dinner at a casino one night that had the most AWESOME buffett! (Food was a VERY big player in this trip!!) I love Southern food and the way they cook it! I'm so Southern at heart!! I like grits and boiled peanuts, therefore, I'm Southern, LOL. But anyway, another reason in me wanting to take this trip was to learn more about my grandmother. She died 2 years before I was born and I've always had this spot in my heart for her, but it was empty. I went on a mad picture finding hunt with my aunt to see what we could come up with. We figred she must have been camera shy because we only find 4 pictures. My aunt let me have one, and it's now in my wallet. My aunt and uncles all told me stories of her and all the funny things she used to do. I feel like I kind of know her and how I am a lot like her. To complete my mission on my grandmother, I went to her grave sit with my mom, dad, and one of my uncles. It was very sad, and extremely hard. She was only 41 when she died of a stroke...it seemed very unfair for her to be gone so soon. I know she would have been the most amazing grandmother and woulda spoiled me worse than I all ready am! :) Anyway, Friday arrived and it was time to start on our way home. By this time, I had done and seen everything I wanted to see...so I was ready to go home. BUT, we had two nights to stay in Tennesse. Long story short, I had a great time going to Rock City, Dragon Dream *a VERY awesome dragon museum with over 6,000 dragons!!!* Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and making my own Teddy Bear! We FINALLY made it home on Father's Day, which was SO wonderful! This would be the first time since graduation that I had seen The Doc!!! Even though I kept very busy, I missed him SOOOOO MUCH! So, there ended my vacation and all it's splendor. The next day I went to work for the first time in 2 weeks also...only to find out everyone of my children were deathly sick with Hand, Foot, and Mouth virus. I spent my first day back cleaning and shampooing carpets. As well as all toys and cabinets. Needless to say, I wanted to jump in the car and to the vacation all over again!
I saved both wrestling reviews for the end...just to make sure you read the rest of the commentary! HA! =) June 1st...TWF REDEMPTION. A very enjoyable show. The arena was hotter than hell itself and was very uncomfortable. I thought this would take a lot out of the workers but...lets just say they've all got heart! They worked their butts off to make the crowd laugh, cringe and clap! The Doc's match against Bill Bain was the best this pair has had to offer so far! I was proud to see how well Bill has come along training wise. Too bad he's a LEAD-ASS! ;) Over all I think this was TWF's finest showing. Everyone is making progress and the storylines are developing nicely. July 13th is the next TWF show as I'm sure you all ready know. I don't even have to disclose who The Doc is squaring off with because his front page is all you have to know! JOSH MATTHEWS!! WOOOOO HOOOOOO! =) Anyway.......June 23rd PXW. I was excited to see another Blind Rage vs. Doc match. These guys just click! And click they did! They turned out their best performance yet *my opinion!*. This was a mix of their first and second match. It went very smooth and was very quick paced! Rage stayed away from me this time...he knows better!!! ;) Overall, for this being the first PXW show, it was very good! The crowd was full of smart marks and had me laughing non-stop! This was the first time I got the chance to see Mike Quakenbush, Reckless Youth, Gangrel, and Luna * I've loved Luna since I was in 3rd grade!!* in action! I was very pleased coming away from that show and am looking foward to going back in September!
Well, I think that'll do it for now don't you????? LOL. This took up a good bit of my morning before going to work. I hope it was worth my time and that you enjoyed it! Updates will continue weekly and with each show that passes! Take care until next time.
