triple Wall Run

Simple to do you think a simple wall run yes But in a triple wall run its in Sync with 2 other team mates, now do you think its easy if you have to be stacked at beginning and end of the run

HOW IT WORKS

This will require 4 people even if its a three person trick here's why

Team members are split in to two groups team one are the runners team two Is the timer for complete sync running you will need a timer to be dead on the timers job will be to jump up n down on the spot this is a way to time the run easy simple and effective

Team one the runners will have to stand stacked in a stack of Three looking at the timer who will be placed in  position in the drop zone. (drop zone is the stacking point as all runners should end up stacked on top of the timer so it ends up a 4 person Stack) all runners should on the third fall of the timers jumps sync wall run towards the timer n time there drops so they land on the timers head n stack in formation

triple wall run can be stacked in any order at the end but it may take team effort
