What is Mugen2k? Mugen2k is "the #1 source for all your mugen needs." Although this is our slogan, it's false. When Mugen2k first debuted, that slogan could be regarded as 110% truth mainly because it had everything, whether it is legal or not. But that has changed due to the overwhelming complaining from people who don't create anything. After taking a look at our hosting schedule, for lack of a better term, we've shed any and all illegal hosted materials we had on the website. Mugen2k is pure now.

Now, from what I've been told, there existed a little web page somewhere on the internet whose owners claimed to be competition. In fact, they went as far as saying their web page, and trust me folks I cannot emphasize it enough, was better than Mugen2k. MugenSex was its name but it seems that at this very moment, the competitor is unable to join us due to a slight case of death.

Apparently controversy filled Mrev internally and everything was shut down. After checking the web page, it seems as if they are back up. The question is why did their bullshit inflated page go belly up for 2 days? The answer is simple: no one cares. I've broken this down many of times and if the readers of this commentary wish to read my logical common sense talk which took place over AIM, just visit our Archives. Like I've stressed above, Mugen2k is a website while our lack of competition, MugenSex, is a web page. That's the biggest disadvantage they have. Mugen2k is well rounded while MugenSex is extremely linear.

Aside from size and space, one has to take in to account the content of each. I'm not sure which asshole said it, but one of them told me "hosting things that you didn't create is shitty." Hosting everyone else's content and not having any of your creations is "shitty," but if that's the case, you wouldn't be talking about Mugen2k. We have created intros and endings, which are more than enough to qualify us as "legit." What does MugenSex host? Nothing, because MugenSex is a "bullshit" page. Just look at the crappy layout. Come on, folks, you've got to come with something a little more creative and innovative. ...And what’s so damn funny is you seriously believe that your measly page is better than Mugen2k.

Listen, I'm a nice guy, despite what you think. This is off topic, but stop judging people by their internet personality. Here's a piece of advice. You should've gone belly-up and stayed that way. Acquire some real talent, real people, and most importantly, a challenging website and then come see us. And for the love of all that is holy, stop setting expectations you know you cannot meet. You make your fall from your pitiful climb to the top that much worse. I know I'm not the only one, but in my opinion, MugenIncest was dead the moment its webmasters believed they were better than us.
