I was off today and usually on my days off, which happens to be a rare antiquity seeing as though I only get a few, I decided to sit down and "go boarding." Scanning through the various message boards, I stumbled upon a topic at Mugen DEV entitled Batman vs. Superman movie. After reading the 2 posts that were there, I decided to reply with my thoughts on the matter.

Now, by now, you might be asking yourself, "Why did you put that response in the commentary instead of in the actual post?" Well, after writing my response and clicking the "add reply" button, I was presented with an ezboard screen informing me that I had been banned. Now seeing this for about the 3rd or 4th time was never a shock before, but it was today. I now know how Verconis felt when voicing his frustration on WarmachineX's board in Get This Crap. Although I stand behind what I said, I now apologize for the manner I said it. There's nothing worse than getting banned for no apparent reason, especially when you post all but "3 times" if that much.

Personally, I don't know the people who own or administrate the Mugen Development Forum but, I do know that they have some serious issues. They ban people who are good for the community and allow the "garbage" to come at will. I'm not sure if you're living in an alternate universe but, you've got it backwards. If the asses that run that damn board knew how to "run anything" besides their mouths, they could keep a decent following. How in the world do you let the biggest Mugen forum get so messed up? People literally despise Dev now, and I'm afraid I've joined the ranks.

Then you've got this bogus group of clowns running around by the name of "nDo," which from what I've hear stands for "New Dev Order." One question: Why? I would literally be ashamed to have "Dev" in my name because Mugen DEV sucks. But, my problem isn't with the nDo because I'm no Slack. I understand that the nDo consists of a bunch of kids who run around various message boards causing mischief and anxiety in a feeble attempt to acquire a cult following. People, come on. It's not that serious.

Another thing that bothers me is EZboard. That's right. Aside from me getting banned from the message board in the manner that I did, EZboard shares some of the responsibility resulting in my anger and frustration. Damnit, if I'm banned from the board, let me know ahead of time. As soon as I click the "Add Reply" button, tell me I'm banned, so I don't type some long ass post for nothing!

To sum it up, am I whining? No. It's just that some people really make it bad for everyone. As I've looked back at all of the events that have transpired during the past 2 months, I must say I'm not proud of it. I'm not totally clean as I'm part of the reason, but I honestly believe that we, as a whole, have forgotten the key principle that has brought us to these message boards. It's not about Mugen anymore. It's about people jumping over people to take a stab at them. Can someone please tell me what the reward is for thrashing others and backstabbing people on the message boards? It's sickening and its places like Mugen DEV that cause me to get angry and write commentaries like this.
