 | Mammogram |
 | Coags ordered before biopsy |
 | Needle biopsy if cystic on ultrasound
 | Clear fluid = cyst |
 | Bloody = send for cytology, pathology |
 | Solid = excisional biopsy (+ node biopsies?) |

 | If biopsy +, check LFTs, BMP, bone scan, CXR. |
 | Excisional biopsy if solid on ultrasound. Check
nodes. |
