bulletCXR (dilation of ascending aorta, calcification, pulmonary congestion)
bulletEKG (LVH, ST-T changes, atrial fib)
bulletEcho (critical valve size <0.5 cm, critical gradient > 50)
bulletCath if symptomatic
bulletCardiac enzymes, CBC
bulletHolter monitor +/-
bulletTreatment
bulletMedical:  Avoid strenuous activity, diruetics, low Na+ if CHF, Dig if A Fib
bulletACE-i is contraindicated?
bulletAntibiotic prophylaxis for surgery/dental procedures
bulletSurgery:  valvuloplasty or replacement (better outcome)
