The cost of Freedom is not cheap and the tears of sorrow out weigh the tears of joy. No One cares about the human rights of the world like America does.

IT'S TIME TO BRING HIM HOME This is a very beautiful flash tribute to 9-11-2001. One of my most favorites that came out after the terrorists attack on the World Trade Building. The second one is very beautiful also. It is a tribute to our country. The third one is a song sung by Johnny Cash. The rest are very beautiful tributes also. I hope you look at all of them.

Nothing On Earth Satisfies
Satisfied? That is one thing we are not. We are not satisfied......... We take a vacation of a lifetime......we satiate ourselves with sun, fun, and good food. But we are not even on the way home before we dread the end of the trip and begin planning another.
We are not satisfied!
As a child we say, "If only I were a teenager." As a teen we say, " If only I were an adult." As an adult, "If only I were married." As a spouse, "If only I had kids."...........
We are not satisfied. Contentment is a difficult virtue. Why?
Because there is nothing on earth that can satisfy our deepest longing. We long to see God. The leaves of life are rustling with the rumor that we will.........and we won't be satisfied until we do.
Are you satisfied with the life you are living or is there something missing? Do you feel an emptiness that nothing on earth seems to be able to fill? Could it be that you are longing for a closer relationship with your Lord and Savior? To feel His presence there beside you and know that all is well with your soul? Well my friend, He wants to draw close to you and to be a part of all of your life. In fact, He wants to be the most important part of your life!@ He knows that the things of this earth cannot satisfy that longing within you but He can and He will when you turn loose and give all to Him! Amen?...........
We brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raimnet let us be therewith content. 1 Timothy 6:7-8 (KJV)
Grace For The Moment

REFLECTIONS ON RISKS To laugh is to risk appearing a fool. To weep is to risk appearing sentimental. To reach out for another is to risk involvement. To expose your feelings is to risk exposing your true self. To place your ideas, your dreams before the crowd is to risk there loss. To love is to risk not being loved in returned. To live is to risk dying. To hope is to risk dispair. To try is to risk failure. But risks must be taken because the greatest hazzard in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, and is nothing. He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he can't simply learn to feel, change, grow, love or live. Chained by his certitude, he is a slave, he has forfeited his freedom. ONLY A PERSON WHO RISKS IS FREE.

"PRESIDENT TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS"
"A PICTURE YOU NEVER LIKELY SEE" Attached is a picture of Mike McNaughton who is in the Army. The person who sent this picture was his best friend and they were privates together in 1990-1994. He stepped on a landmine in Afghanistan Christmas 2002. President Bush came to visit the wounded in the hospital. He told Mike that when he could run a mile, that they would go on a run together. True to his word, he called Mike every month or so to see how he was doing. Well, last week they went on the run, 1 mile with the president. Not something you'll see in the news, but seeing the president taking the time to say thank you to the wounded and to give hope to one of my best friends was one of the greatest/best things I have seen in my life. It almost sounds like a corny email chain letter, but God Bless him.
