Conspiracy Theory?

This has been something that has been on my mind for a long time. How in the world can someone like Bert Blyleven not be in the Hall of Fame? As much as this man has done it is damn shameful to say that he isn't a part of this holy class.

Bert Blyleven's career statistics are some of the best I have seen to date. This man has 287 wins in 22 seasons. He started 685 games and completed 242 of them including 60 shutouts. He even pitched a No Hitter against the California Angels back in 1977. On top of all that he had a career era. of 3.31 with 3,701 strikeouts.

Bert is up once again up for the Hall of Fame this year and time is running out. So we here at the Julio website took it among ourselves to do some investigating.  

Look at the similarities. You can't even tell who's who can you?

Joe was sent by Julio to the MLB offices to talk with Bud Selig. To Joe's surprise, there seemed to be two Bug Seligs in the room. Joe stormed up to one of the unassuming commishes and began interrogating. To his surprise, a female voice emerged from the suspect's mouth. Joe jumped back and took a minute to collect his thoughts. Thank god someone in the back jumped up and yelled "Its Janet Reno! Selig's body double!" or Joe would have never known.

Once spotting the real suspect, Joe approached and started asking questions. Bud selig denied all the reports that he was behind the conspiracy keeping Blyleven out of the hall. Feeling that it was a lost cause Joe started to leave the room. Then, Selig was seen grabbing the back of his neck before dropping to the ground. It seemed that the serial dart attacker was back and Joe was hounded by security. When asked about the dart Joe replied speaking on behalf of the Jorge Julio website "We had nothing to do with this. However, we do blame that bastard devil Trot Nixon". Well put Joe, we couldn't have said it any better.

John was sent to the Hall of Fame to dig up some dirt on the elected players and their involvement in this conspiracy. While there John reported that several artifacts of Blyleven were already in the hall, such as the jersey he was wearing when he pitched the no hitter. That and the famous curveball that had fans running for the exits.

John tried to get some interviews from some of the Famers but no one had a comment. More evidence that there is a conspiracy. Feeling that there was something more to this, John took a seat and pulled out his laptop. Being the master hacker that he is, John was able to get into the Hall of Fame records. He brought up the list of this year's potentials and Blyleven's name was on the list. However it was underlined and linked to another page. He clicked the link to see where it would take him and a big picture of Bud selig was shown laughing. "That's odd," thought John.

John got on the horn to Julio himself and told him of the info that he collected. Julio then told Jay of these instances who in return began posting them on this website. Yep, that's me. Sitting at home once again writing for this page. When do I get some of the action?

Julio has since barricaded himself at his mansion to configure all the info and make a ruling. Til then we will do our best to keep you all informed of this developing story.
