Registration deadline: March 20 Troop meeting

The March camping trip is to the Camporee at our Broad Creek Scout Reservation. Scouts will be camping in tents. Camporee is a trail type activity with a variety of stations to challenge the scouts in this theme event.

Cost: $25.00 per scout/adult leader: included registration, food

Please return the Permission Form below by the March 20 Troop meeting so appropriate plans can be made.

Permission Form: Please complete one form for each scout attending.
I give permission for _________________ to attend the Troop 613 trip to Broad Creek's Camporee on March 28 - 30, 2003 at the Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation. I authorize adult leaders to authorize emergency medical treatment as necessary in the event that I can not be reached in an expeditious manner.

Scouts using funds from their scout account must verify that funds in the account are sufficient to do so. Scouts should maintain a positive balance in their account.
