A warrior must have a strong body. If your body is weak it becomes boss. A strong body obeys commands of mind and spirit. Good technique defeats body strength. Good Shin or good consciousness defeats good technique. This is why the old master in his 80's whips the young buck every time. The old master has the patience to look for weakness-(in Japanese Suki) or opportunity.
