No Rankings. Just Observations.

The biggest meet of the weekend was Pre-Nats. Stanford didn't run their entire team but still put up a good showing. Between their run at Notre Dame last weekend and at Ames this weekend, Stanford is making a strong bid at the title.

Colorado pulled a surprise by winning Pre-Nats. Torres looks like he's the man to beat on the national scene. If he's running this strong now, imagine how he'll be rolling once the Buffs start tapering. Colorado will definitely be on the podium, it's just a matter of which medal they will be taking back to Boulder.

Abilene Christian sports one of the strongest top-2 in the country despite being Division 2. They beat Arkansas again. If they had a stronger 5-man, they would be the best team in the country. Looks like Western State will definitely need Aish if they want to beat ACU.

Arkansas got beat by Abilene Christian again. The DNF by Karanu was the deciding factor. The Hogs would have won for sure had he finished.

Oklahoma State flexed their muscles with a tie against Iona. OSU is definitely a team to watch out for.

Texas won the Wolverine Invitational and St. Francis of PA took second over several nationally ranked teams including Michigan and JMU.
