They were friends for quite a while and began dating just before he met and got involved with Amanda. One could call Delia AJ's first real love, because she was the first woman he committed himself to fully, without straying. They split when Delia got a job offer in New York and they felt that a long distance relationship would not hold out.
Big Secret: An old boyfriend of hers took nude pictures of her from the neck down, and to this day she fears that someone will recognize her body, despite that fact that you can't see her face.
