WEBELOS LEADERS, ASSISTANT WEBELOS LEADERS, FUTURE WEBELOS LEADERS, PARENT OF CUB OR WEBELOS SCOUT, CUBMASTERS, COMMITTEE MEMBERS, DEN LEADERS

Anyone who wants to learn more about the Webelos Outdoor Program

This is your opportunity to take part in an enjoyable outdoor learning experience and discover what the outing in Webelos Scouting is all about!

Webelos Leader Outdoor Training presents 'how to' in planning and conducting successful Webelos Den parent and son overnight campouts and other Webelos outdoor activities. It reinforces - but does not duplicate - what you learned at Cub Scout Leader Basic Training. This course provides Ahands-on" learning experience in camping and outdoor skills as done by Webelos Dens.

This is the two day version of the course. The course runs from Saturday morning, March 31 through early afternoon Sunday, April 1. To be fully prepared as a Webelos Den Leader or Assistant Webelos Den Leader, you should attend both Webelos Leader Outdoor Training and Cub Scout Leader Basic Training; but Basic Training is not a prerequisite for this course.

NOTE: This is an adult leader course - no children or Cub Scouts will be present.

COST: $19.00 per person, covering the cost of project materials, instruction supplies, handouts, patch and mug. Upon registration, each leader will receive a letter of instruction with a list of personal equipment, food needed and a map to the site. Registration is $20.00 per person at the door on the day of the event.

Refund requests must be received in writing at NCAC no later than 30 days following the event. Requests must be accompanied by a copy of your fee receipt. Refunds will be less administrative costs and encumbered expenses.
