“Nick? Brian? Can someone help me?” Ani asked.
“What do you need?” Brian asked.
“None of us can wake Laura up. She’s fast asleep, and we wanna wake her up because she’s supposed to be at the runway in two hours!”
“Okay, we’ll try!” Nick agreed.
“Wake up! Laura, wake up!” Nick and Brian said jumping on the bed.
“How is she not waking up?” Brian asked confused.
“That girl could sleep through world war 3 and not wake up!” Ani laughed.
“Let me try something,” Nick said. Andi and Brian stepped back from the bed, and Nick sat down next to where I was laying. Much to the surprise of Ani and Brian, Nick leaned over and kissed my lips sweetly.
“Wow. As much as I love waking up to that…how did you get in here?” I asked, wide awake.
“Ani asked Brian and I to help wake you up,” he said, kissing me again.
“Okay, does anyone want to tell us what’s going on?” Brian asked, totally lost.
“Nope! Now shoo! I need to get dressed!” I said kicking the two guys out.
“Okay, details, now!” Ani ordered.
As I got dressed, I told her what had happened last night.
“Wow, so are you guys together now?”
“Well, not officially, but hopefully it’ll happen soon!” I smiled.
“Come on, let’s go up to breakfast,” Ani said after I put my hair into a ponytail. We walked upstairs to the banquet room that the hotel had set aside for the stars.
I grabbed half a bagel and a glass of orange juice, and walked over to Nick, Brian, Kevin, AJ, and Sayde.
“Is that all you’re eating?” AJ asked looking at my plate.
“Ummm…yeah,” I raised my eyebrows.
“Aren’t you hungry?” he laughed.
“Baby, don’t start this with her. We’ve tried over the years to get her to eat more, but it’s not going to happen,” Ani sighed.
Nick gave me a concerned look, and I quickly changed the conversation.
“What are you all doing today?” I asked.
“Well, Nick and Kevin are doing the runway show with you, and the rest of us are being the guest judges for Say What Karaoke,” Brian told me.
“Mr Body Beautiful is modeling today? This should be fun!” I giggled.
“Hey, I am too ya know!” Nick pouted.
“Yeah. I’m sure all the little girls will swoon,” I giggled.
“Glad I’m not going to be there!” Ani joked.
“Lucky!” I joked before runing from Nick. He was faster than me, and as soon as he caught me, he tackled me to the floor and started tickling me.
“As much as we know you love lying on top of her, we have to get to the runway,” Kevin interrupted us.
I laughed as Nick pouted, and stood up. We arrived at the runway about ten minutes later, and were shown to the clothes we would be modeling. My rack consisted of a ton of really skimpy bikinis, a few shorts, and several tube tops.
“You’re wearing these?” Nick grinned.
“Down boy!” I laughed.
“Hey, I can’t help it! My girlfriend is sexy!”
“Girlfriend?” I smiled, looking up at his eyes.
“If you want to be,” he said softly.
“If I want to be what?” I said jokingly.
“Laura, will you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?”
I looked into his bright eyes and almost melted.
“I’d love to,” I whispered. He leaned down and kissed me lightly, but I could feel the passion.
