“Nick!” I yelled jumping into his arms when we got to the VIP room in the airport. “What are you all doing here?”
“We’re going to California with you!” He exclaimed giving me a hug.
“Awesome! How are you all?”
“We’re good! What about you? How was your last concert?” Brian asked.
“Terrific! My parents and tons of my friends came, and it was really good seeing them again!” I smiled.
“So, are you going to introduce me to these handsome guys?” Ani asked.
“Oh yeah! Sorry, I forgot that you haven’t met them yet! Guys, this is my best friend Ani! Ani, this is AJ, Kevin, Nick, Howie, and Brian!” They all said hello, and Brian kissed her hand.
“So, this is one of the two southern gentlemen?” Ani asked, referring to Brian.
“Only to a pretty lady,” Brian said in his sexy southern accent.
“That’s not fair!” Ani pouted. “Why do guys with accents always have their way with me?”
“Hey, it’s the same with me!” I reminded her.
“Oh, really?” Nick whispered in my ear, in an Irish accent.
“Hey, that’s not cool!” I pouted as I playfully hit him.
“You know we want eachother, so it doesn’t matter!” he laughed.
“True….but it’s still not nice!” I joked.
“Your plane is here,” a flight attendant announced.
“Yay! We’re off to California!” I said happily, and then yawned.
“You need more sleep, dontcha?” Justin laughed.
“Of course not,” I replied as I yawned again.
We boarded the plane and sat in first class. Nick pulled me down next to him, and as soon as I put my seatbelt on, I lay my head on Nick’s lap and curled into a ball.
“I’ll wake you up when we get there,” he said, stroking my hair.
“Goodnight,” I said before falling into a dream world.

“Laura? Princess? Come on, it’s time to get up!” I heard Nick say as he tried to wake me up.
“Where are we?” I asked a little dazed.
“We’re in California. The plane just landed, and we need to get off first.”
“Woohooo! We’re in California!” I exclaimed, more awake than before.
“Can we stop at a shop in the airport to pick up breakfast? I’m hungry,” Joey asked.
“Are you always hungry?” I laughed.
“Not always, but most of the time! But I think the rest of us are hungry too,” AJ said.
We stopped by Cinnabon and Starbucks, and I picked up a cinnabon and a raspberry mocha chip frappachino. We all fit into three limos, and headed off to the hotel.

“Come in,” I said to Ani who was knocking on my hotel room door.
“Hey Laura, what’s up?” she asked sitting down on the bed.
“Not much! Just getting ready to hit the beach!” I said from the bathroom where I was drying off from my shower.
“So, is this the new bikini?” She asked when I walked out.
“Yup! You like?”
“Well, lemme put it this way, You’re going to have even more guys drooling over you than usual!” she laughed.
“Well, that’s not always bad!” I said as I put on lipgloss.
“True! Brian is so hot and sweet!” she blurted out.
“You’ve been holding that in for a while, haven’t you?” I laughed.
“Yes! We sat next to eachother on the plane, and had a really nice conversation. I never knew I could be attracted to a guy in a boy band!” she laughed. “But what about you? What’s going on with you and Nick? Or you and JC for that matter?”
“Well, JC I don’t think likes me at all! He still hasn’t talked to me! And Nick….well…you know that even before I was famous, I had a crush on Nick. And he’s even better in person! And you can’t exactly deny that he’s a major hunk!”
“Yeah, I have to admit to that! So, if he asks you out what would you say?” she asked.
“I’m not sure. I have to make sure that I don’t just like him for all I’ve heard about him and that I actually like him for what I know.”
“Well, that’s always good! Anyways, let’s go to the beach! We can look for major hunks!” Ani smiled.
“Sounds like a plan,” I giggled.
