Hey everyone there is a really great protest/tour going on this summer called the Primate Freedom Tour. I took part in it in Austin, TX. The main purpose of the tour is to speak out against the cruel and inhumane act of primate experimentation. They have activities such as workshops, protests, etc. The protest part of it is probably the greatest part of it. The feeling of solidarity and unity for one cause is overwhelming.

The other part of the tour is a series of benefit shows that go along with the tour with bands such as Oi Polloi, Brother Inferior, Axiem, Aus Rotten. It's for a really great cause. While not necessarily dedicated to anarchism anything to weaken the strength of these corporate bastards who don't give a damn about who or what they hurt is beneficial to the anarchist cause. It shows them that there are people questioning their "unquestionable" power. And besides that, who do you think is really running the government? Corporations like these.
