Chapter 33

Jax shifted a little, unwrapping his arm around Keesha's waist. He started to ease out of the bed. "Hey..." Jax sat at the edge of the bed. He looked behind his shoulder at Keesha's low raspy voice. "Sorry...I didn't mean to wake you." he apologized. She cleared her throat, trying to get the sleepiness out of her tone. "Going somewhere?" at 5:30 in the morning she noted as she glanced over at the clock. "To meet Jerry at the airport. I have a few questions I want to ask him before Miranda gets a hold of him...don't look at me like that." Jax stood. "I didn't say anything." "Yes, but I know what you're thinking. You think I should leave it alone." Jax came back over to the bed. "Can't you understand that I cannot do that?" Keesha sat up in the bed, running her fingers through her hair. "I understand what you're saying. So does Jerry." she turned the lamp on the low setting. "Which is your not so subtle way of telling me to drop it." "I never claimed to be subtle." she smiled. "I also never said drop it. But I have this feeling if you're there, just waiting for Jerry, without what he considers a valid reason, he's not going to be amused." "Jerry's rarely amused at 5:30 in the morning." Jax joked. "However, though I'm still going, I will take what you say into account." he promised. "Okay..." Jax watched as Keesha stretched slowly, arching her back. Oblivious to his stare, she yawned before reclining back in the bed. Her leg dangled over the side of the bed and she settled in with a small groan. Finally she opened her eyes and looked at him again. "I love you." she whispered. Jax wondered how Keesha managed to do it. How did she do something, make a small movement, a movement he would decide was the most lovely thing he had ever witnessed...only to turn around and do something else that took his breath away. Keesha tilted her head to the side as Jax came over to her. He knelt beside her, looking up. Maintaining eye contact he trailed his fingers gently up her exposed leg. "I love you too." he responded and she smiled. She reached over, running her fingertips across his cheeks, her eyes sparkling. Jax shook his head. "There...you did it again." "Did what again?" Keesha asked perplexed. "Managed to prove me wrong." "What..." But Jax didn't want to explain. Keesha watched as Jax moved closer to her. He brushed his lips across hers and her eyes fluttered closed. She opened her mouth to him and Jax slid his tongue inside, deepening their kiss. The room began to spin as she instantly became caught up in the soft moistness of his mouth. Keesha managed to pull herself away. "Go." she breathed Jax nodded. She was right. He was supposed to be going to see Jerry. And if he stayed here with her any longer... he stood from the floor and she looked as he went over to the closet. The bed creaked and Jax closed his eyes. "If you have to..." Keesha kissed Jax's back lightly. "Do you have to?" she opened her mouth slightly, trailing small butterfly kisses up Jax's back, her tongue flittering across his spine. She wrapped her arms around his waist and her name escaped his lips in a small moan. Her hands travelled up his chest, her thumbs brushing across his nipples, sending a shock wave of excitement through him. Jax clapsed his hands over hers. "You have to..." she relented and began to move away from him. "No, I have to stay." he whispered as he pressed her hands into his body. He turned around and faced her. Keesha smiled softly. She reached up as he lowered down and they gently kissed. Without breaking off the kiss, Jax walked, backing Keesha over to the bed. She sat and then knelt on the bed in front of him, running her fingers across his stomach, watching as he shivered slightly. Her mouth closed over his navel, tasting it at first softly and then giving it one hard suck. Jax tilted his head back with a deep moan. Keesha looked up at him and then stood at the foot of the bed, gliding her body over his. She watched transfixed by his mouth while it parted slightly as he tried to control his breathing. Remembering the sweetness it held, she reached up kissing Jax hungrily. Jax led Keesha to the bed, and she reclined. He laid down on top of her, pushing her further into the matress. Jax tore his mouth from hers, and Keesha sighed as he bent to taste her throat. He ran his tongue over the sensitive area to the side and she laced her fingers through his hair, groaning. She brought his face back to hers, kissing him again and they rolled over, placing her on top. Again the kiss was broken. Keesha rested against Jax's stomach and he opened his eyes to hers. "I love you." he mumbled against her fingers as she traced the outline of his mouth. Jax leaned up and Keesha wrapped her legs around his waist. "And I love you." she answered against his lips. They kissed and she lifted slightly, guiding herself over him. Jax held Keesha tightly as she enveloped him. With a moan he thrusted even further within her, and they began to move together. The pace quickened and Jax slid his hands down her back. Keesha inhaled sharply, and he felt her tighten around him as she dug her nails into his shoulders. Again he groaned, thrusting one last time before they both released. Only then did it seem that Keesha exhaled, the breath quivering. She opened her eyes, and found the deep blue of Jax's eyes waiting. "There." he shook his head. "Once again." "What?" she repeated Jax gave her lips a small peck. "You became even more lovely." Keesha looked down, embarrassed at his compliment and Jax tilted her face back up. "Thank you." "See...there it goes again." he admitted and they kissed. Shani <xmp> </body> </html>
